How many meetings do I have to attend to qualify as an 'Active Member'?

Actually, none. 

But if you don't attend, you will miss out on many of the events, function and good times of attending meetings. And worst of all, you would miss Margaret's Cake ... a tradition at every REBELS Monthly Meeting!   

What kind of vehicle do I need to have to become a REBELS Member?

You don't even have to own a vehicle to be a Member. The REBELS AUTO CLUB is all about people. Most just happen to have cars...   

Can my Spouse and I join under a single Membership?

No. You will both need to have a Membership to attend and participate in all REBELS Events. if your spouse does not care to participate in Club activities, but will attend the Club Christmas Party, Click Here...

How many vehicles are included with my Membership?

Unlimited - The more the better!   

If I join during the middle of the year, do I have to pay for a full year?

Yes, Membership dues are not prorated.

What if I need help on my project?

Most members are more than willing to share their advice and wisdom on all aspects of working on or restoring your vehicle. 

Why don't the REBELS have a drag strip?

We are working on it. REBELS Officers maintain a close relationship with the City of Lincoln, the Chamber of Commerce, the Airport Authority and the Lincoln Convention and Visitors Bureau. But, Government Bureaucracy is difficult, so bear with us ... we will never give up!

Do the REBELS Have Any Members That Live Out of State?

Yes, Several. See our Members List to view them. We also have a 'Sister Club' in Wyoming.

Do the REBELS Participate in Charitable Activities?

Yes, several. The REBELS Auto Club is a 'Service Organization.' 

We donate to many deserving organizations like Willie’s Underwear, Sewing For Babies, BACA, City Impact Gifts of Love, Food Fort, Macies, and the Salvation Army Rec Center just to name a few. 

We help write 'Santa Letters' at Christmas time and periodically send gift packets to our troop currently deployed in the Middle East. 

We also help deserving young automotive student with their tuition through the Josh Grimes Memorial Scholarship Program

Do the REBELS Have Advertising Opportunities Available for Local Businesses?

Sure do! A great way is sponsoring trophies for the REBELS Car Show. There are others. Inquire on the 'Contact Us' Page.
